3.2.S.2.5 - Process Validation

The manufacturing process of the API, from the starting material, should be validated prior to marketing.

For sterile APIs, the following information should be provided:

1. Justification for the sterilization method; and
2. Validation studies, protocols and reports for sterilization and aseptic processing steps.
